The POWERTEC family of power tool switches provides the essential function of safeguarding you and your power-tools for your professional or home workshop.

- FUNCTION: Provides you with a master or emergency power off safety switch box designed to safeguard your woodworking machines. The start button can be locked to prevent unauthorized use
- PUSH-BUTTON POWER: Switch features a simplistic, color-coded design with indented/bump style buttons to signify the switch has been opened or closed. PLUS a convenient design that fits deep gang boxes or standard boxes with an extension ring (6-32 hardware not included)
- VERSATILE: Works with a wide assortment of popular name brand table saws, drill press, belt sanders, jointers, dust collectors and other power tools. It features a simplistic, yet straightforward design that can be easily wired (installed) into deep gang boxes or standard gang boxes with an extension ring.
- SPECIFICATIONS: Dual Voltage: 120V/230V; Single Phase | Rated Current: 2HP/28 Amps at 120V; 3HP/16 Amps at 230V | Approved according to UL508 E195428 (Please Note: The switch is built with heavy duty electrical components and a force range of 40-60 Newtons or 9 to 13.5 pounds-force is required to activate)
The power switch has 2 throws so one can switch both hot and neutral or both phases of a 230V line. It features an easy-to-install mounting design and comes with color-coded start stop push buttons that possess an indented/bump style profile to signify the switch has been opened or closed. For added safety measures, the start button can be locked to prevent unauthorized use.
