POWERTEC Creator Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the POWERTEC Creator Program (“Program”). By applying to and participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and positive partnership between you (“Creator”) and POWERTEC.

1. Eligibility & Participation

Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship with POWERTEC.

Membership is subject to approval by POWERTEC and may be revoked at any time at our discretion.

As a Creator, you may also access our Affiliate Program, which currently offers:

• 5% commission on qualifying referred sales.
• Exclusive discounts and promotional coupons from time to time.
• Affiliate tracking and payments are managed through our third-party provider: GoAffPro. Participation requires compliance with their terms.

2. Product Samples

Selected Creators may receive product samples free of charge for content creation.

Products are:

• Not returnable
• Non-transferable
• Not for resale
• Provided with no cash value

3. Content Creation Requirements

Creators agree to publish at least one authentic piece of content (photo, video, reel, or similar) featuring the provided product within 60 days of receipt.

Content must:

• Be original and created solely by you.
• Tag @powertec_usa and include Program-designated hashtags.
• Demonstrate safe and respectful use of the product.

4. Creative Freedom

POWERTEC encourages you to showcase your personal style, experiences, and creativity. Content should remain:

• Respectful to all audiences.
• Free of offensive, misleading, or unsafe demonstrations.
• Consistent with the values of the woodworking and DIY community.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

You retain ownership of all content you create.

By participating, you grant POWERTEC a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Repost, share, and feature your content (with credit) on POWERTEC’s website, social media, marketing, and promotional materials.

POWERTEC will provide appropriate attribution whenever your content is used.

6. Compliance

Creators must comply with:

• FTC disclosure requirements, including clearly stating when content features gifted products (e.g., “Gifted by POWERTEC” or #gifted).
• All applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific guidelines.

Non-compliance may result in immediate termination from the Program.

7. Termination

POWERTEC may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, if these Terms are not followed.

You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying POWERTEC via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

POWERTEC is not responsible for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Program or use of provided products.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
