SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

POWERTEC ships most orders the next business day after the order is received. Shipments typically arrive within five to nine business days, depending on your location. Tracking information is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Free shipping on orders of $59 or more within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $8.99 within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after shipping hours may be processed the following business day.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to select oversized items and will be shown at checkout.
  • Most orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, UPS Ground, or UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost may require one additional business day because USPS completes the final delivery.
  • UPS SurePost can deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and other offshore locations, please contact Customer Service for available shipping options and rates.

International Orders

International orders are typically shipped via USPS, DHL, or another available international carrier. International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and package weight.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and carrier handling charges are not included in your checkout total. These charges are determined by local authorities or carriers and may still apply even if a shipment is refused or returned. Refunds for international orders are processed only after all applicable customs and carrier charges are finalized. Duties, taxes, customs charges, carrier fees, and return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund. If these charges exceed the product value, no refund may be issued.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import-related charges.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Before returning any item, please contact POWERTEC Customer Service for return instructions.

Returned Merchandise Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, inside the original packaging, with the original label, and include proof of purchase. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Customer-Preference Returns

For returns due to customer preference, such as ordered by mistake, changed their mind, no longer needed, ordered the wrong item, or product incompatibility not caused by POWERTEC, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A return processing/restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. The fee is $4.99 per return shipment plus a handling fee of $0.50 per pound or per unit returned, whichever results in the higher charge.

Important: Return shipping costs and return processing/restocking fees are separate charges. The $4.99 + $0.50 fee does not include or cover the customer’s return shipping cost.

Returns Due to POWERTEC Error

If the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item shipped by POWERTEC, POWERTEC will provide a prepaid return shipping label and waive return processing/restocking fees. In these cases, POWERTEC will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund of the product purchase price.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within three weeks after POWERTEC receives and inspects the returned item(s). This timeframe generally includes return transit time, inspection and processing time, and the time required for your bank or financial institution to post the refund.

For customer-preference returns, refund amounts will be reduced by applicable return processing/restocking fees. For returns caused by defective products, shipping damage, or POWERTEC shipping errors, POWERTEC covers return shipping costs, and no return processing/restocking fees apply.

Non-Eligible Returns

POWERTEC’s return and refund policy may not apply if the product has been used, damaged, modified, misused, abused, used in a way that does not follow the instruction manual, returned without proof of purchase, returned without original product packaging or labels, missing major components, accessories, manuals, or parts, or cannot be resold as new unless otherwise approved by POWERTEC Customer Service.
