- DEEP CUTTING CAPACITY: Max Cutting Depth of 1-7/16” (35.8mm) – Cuts deeper than many comparable saws, ideal for both surface and edge tile work.
- PRECISION MITER CUTS: Make clean, precise miter cuts for corners, edges, and custom tile layouts. Bevel cuts are commonly used for creating seamless tile edges and decorative borders that fit perfectly at 45° angles. With a max cutting depth of 7/8", it’s ideal for intricate designs, trim work, and ensuring smooth transitions between two or more pieces of tile in both standard and custom installations.
- WET/DRY CUTTING: Designed for wet and dry cutting, the built-in water feed system is perfect for wet tile cutting applications. The adjustable water flow helps cool the blade, reduce dust, and minimize overheating, ensuring smoother cuts and longer blade life during wet cutting. Plus, the water hose features a 3/4" standard fitting for easy connection to any US garden faucet, offering hassle-free operation for outdoor or large-area cutting jobs.
- GFCI SAFETY PLUG: The GFCI plug provides enhanced safety by monitoring electrical current for imbalances. If a fault is detected, such as water exposure or a short circuit, it instantly cuts power, reducing the risk of electric shock. This feature is especially important in wet environments, adding additional safety during operation
- BLADE COMPATIBILITY: Designed for optimal performance with 4" to 4.5" blades that have a 7/8" arbor. Blades larger than 5" or smaller than 4" are not recommended, as they may pose safety risks or affect cutting performance. For best results, we recommend using our POWERTEC 4.5" Diamond Blades—models 14000, 14003, 14005, 14007, and 14010—which are engineered for perfect compatibility and clean, precise cuts with this machine
