14" Cold Saw Blade — 66 Teeth for Thin Stock, Cleaner Edges
Thin metal and mild steel punish a low-tooth-count blade — you get chatter, burr, and an edge that needs a pass on the grinder before it's usable. The POWERTEC 14014 puts 66 Triple Chip Grind (TCG) cemented carbide teeth on the blade, so each tooth takes a smaller bite and leaves a smoother edge behind, with less burr to clean up after.
Built for the same 14" cold saws and low-RPM chop saws as the rest of the POWERTEC blade line, running on a 1" arbor up to 1,600 RPM. This is the tooth count to reach for on tubing, conduit, angle iron, channel, and aluminum extrusions — thinner-wall stock where a coarser blade leaves too rough an edge. Not rated for galvanized, hardened, or high-carbon steel — for that, step up to a lower tooth-count blade built for heavier material removal.
