Product Description
Introducing the Benchtop Router Table by POWERTEC.
- COMPLETE ROUTER TABLE WITH STAND: Provides a sturdy, level workspace designed for accurate material handling—ideal for making clean joinery cuts, slots, and rabbets. The expanded tabletop offers better support for larger workpieces. The rugged steel stand is equipped with vibration-absorbing rubber feet to maximize stability and long-term durability.
- PREMIUM FENCE ASSEMBLY: This 24-inch fence system includes an adjustable bit guard, featherboard, reversible flip stop, integrated 2-1/2" dust port, and measuring scale giving you precise alignment and measurement control for high-quality routing results.
- REDUCING RING SET: Comes with four insert rings (solid, 1", 1-7/8", and 2-5/8") to properly support stock when using different router bit sizes. The tool-free design allows fast swaps using the included ring wrench
- ACCURATE LEVELING CONTROL: Equipped with eight leveling points and 3/8" or 5/8" leveling screws, allowing you to fine-tune the insert plate height to achieve an ultra-flat, perfectly aligned work surface.
- IMPROVED SAFETY & HANDLING: A starting pin is included to assist with operations that don’t require a fence. It minimizes material pull and offers a pivot point for guiding workpieces smoothly—especially useful for routing profile edges.
- BROAD ROUTER COMPATIBILITY: Designed with multiple pre-drilled mounting patterns to fit a wide range of trim routers from leading brands such as Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Porter Cable, Craftsman, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Hitachi, Fein, and Elu (see compatibility chart in the images).
- WHAT'S INCLUDED: 24" x 16" router tabletop with pre-installed miter slot, steel stand, insert plate with reducing rings, plate-leveling hardware, aluminum fence with dust port, bit guard, fence jointing rods, flip stop, featherboard, complete assembly hardware, and user manual.
This router table assembly set provides you with a sturdy steel stand with splayed legs for sure footing, and predrilled braces to add a shelf or enclose the stand for dust control. The work area surfaces features high-pressure laminate covering a MDF core top with a CNC machined opening to fit the phenolic insert plate and industry standard miter track.
With this portable version, you no longer have to give up the precision and features of a full-size router table. This benchtop router table serves as a rugged and mobile solution to true precision routing, whether it's on the jobsite or used to save space in a small workshop.
The locking knobs on the aluminum fence allow easy adjustment and locking, and are sized to stay out of the way. The fence has sliding faces that provide additional support for the workpiece; with the included jointing rods, the table can act as a vertical jointer.
The table has an easy-slide micro-dot skin and is made of edge-banded, vibration- and noise-resistant MDF. The skin, made of a high-pressure laminate, allows you to slide workpieces easily over the surface. Quieter than most enclosed router tables, our benchtop router table is quiet due to the noise-absorbing MDF tabletop, rigid steel base, and vibration-dampening rubber feet.

Decent product, I recommend it for the money!
Lets start off with what you want to actually know, the CONS. Table top is MDF. Live in a High Humidity area? expect the top to not last.. the sliders on the fence? also MDF.. I absolutely HATE MDF. I would have rather it been a dense resin or concrete board, something more moisture resistant and rugged while resisting warping. assembly instructions are also "meh". it expects you to pay attention to detail of black and white images of a fully assembled device with pointer lines telling you what the part is. hardware isn't in labelled bags, it expects common sense in an assembler/engineering sense. EG: Whats the diff in a "nylon washer" and "nylon spacer"? Thickness. You'll figure it out. Are you prepared to drill through a resin plate? Get ready, drill is necessary and countersink skills also are necessary. Avoid countersinking too deep, or drilling the hole too big. Pick a bit that would barely allow the screw to your router through. I really believe an assembly video with chapters or bookmarks would be more ideal and inspire more confidence when assembling. Now the PROs. the Frame is excellent. Its sturdy. The resin plate (excellent as well) and the method used to raise and lower the plate to make it flush is clever. All in all, this is pretty nice for the price and cleverly designed. I don't regret buying it at all. the featherboard? GENIUS! Swapping inserts with different size holes? GENIUS! shopvac attachment and shield, nice! Powertec offering replacement parts for sell? EXCELLENT! What could make it nicer? An LED light attachment for the top rail so I can see the woodwork better. Good job POWERTEC. I'm impressed.
